Edith, Kennel Manager-Joined the Countryside Kennel team in October, 2012. Started out as a kennel attendant but quickly gained the position of kennel manager in January, 2013.Enjoys the calm country feel of the kennel and all the different breeds of cats and dogs that come to stay at the kennel. She spends most of her time off doing outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and taking her Chihuahua, Kiki for walks.
Danielle, Kennel Assistant- Joined Countryside Kennel team in April, 2013. She enjoys working with the animals that come to stay, even the wild ones. She cares for animals with a passion, one example of this is when she saved a baby squirrel tangled in a fishing net. In her time off she enjoys reading, camping, fishing and taking her dog Gauge out for walks. She plans on attending college and either studying wildlife photography or becoming a veterinary assistant.
Alyssa, Kennel Assistant- Joined the Countryside Kennel team in August 2014. She adores every animal that she meets, big or small. Interacting with such a wide variety of breeds and personality types is what she likes best about working at the kennel. After graduating high school, Alyssa would love to go to college to study veterinary science, as she wants to continue to work with animals. She spends most of her spare time reading, drawing, listening to all kinds of music, and hanging out with her dog Shadey and cat Molly.
Alicia, Kennel Assistant- Joined the Countryside Kennel team in July 2016. She loves animals and being out in the country! Alicia enjoys spending time with and getting to know all of the animals staying at Countryside Kennels. Her love for animals stems from growing up on a farm all of her childhood years. On her free time she enjoys spending time at home with her family and two dogs Tyson and Booner.
Dez, Kennel Assistant- Joined the Countryside Kennel team in August 2016. He loves working and playing with all of the different breeds of cats and dogs that come stay at the kennels. After Dez graduates high school in the spring of 2017, he plans on staying in Northfield to attend St. Olaf College. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, singing in the choir, and spending time with his family, including his dog Osita.
